Who we are
This website is operated by Afriklang, which is the controller of the personal data described here. Bambi is a product of Afriklang.

What we collect and why
When you send a pilot request we collect your name, organisation, role, work email, sector, country and the message you write. We use these details only to reply to you and to discuss a possible pilot. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
To protect the form against spam we process your IP address briefly for rate limiting. We do not store it with your request.
If you accept analytics, we also collect information about how you use this site (pages visited, buttons clicked). We never send what you type into the form.
Who receives it
Your request is delivered to the Afriklang team by email through our email provider (Amazon Simple Email Service). It may also be stored in the Bambi platform so the team can follow up. If you accept analytics, usage data is processed by PostHog on Afriklang's behalf.

Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@afriklang.com and we will answer.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country, for example the Data Protection Commission in Ghana, or your national authority in the European Union.
